The features/ benefits of M640 - C series Cycloid Gear Air Motor
- M-C series adopt a cycloid gear decelerator that has the features of small in size, light weight, high accuracy, high load capacity and high efficiency, long life, high reliability, stable in driving, and low noise level.
- Cycloid Gear has high speed ratio and efficient single drive, which its decelerating ratio can reach 1:87 with an efficiency rate over 90%. The decelerating ratio can be higher if multistage driving is used.
- It has a very compact structure and is small in size. Since it adopts the planetary gear driving principle, its input and output shaft are positioned on the same axial line, which greatly reduced the size of this motor.
- The motor has more cycloidal pin gear meshing teeth with a higher overlapping coefficient and a more balanced mechanism of the parts, thus the vibration and noise levels cab be minimized.
- The major part of the motor is made of high-carbon and high-chromium steel, which has high strength (HRC 58~62) after the quenching process. . Some parts of the driving connection also adopt rolling friction, which make the motor more durable with longer life cycle.
